Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of products through the Royal Pop Straps online store. By placing an order you accept these terms. The contract is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

1. Who we are

Royal Pop Straps is an independent brand based in Geneva, Switzerland. We are not affiliated with Swatch or Audemars Piguet. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Products

We sell FKM rubber wrist straps designed to fit the 40mm AP × Swatch Royal Pop case. The watch itself is never included. Product colors may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. Contract formation

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be processed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Title to the goods passes to you once payment is received in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery of the goods.

6. Right of return

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty for defects under Art. 197 ff. OR applies for two years from delivery. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for any damage to a watch caused by improper fitting of a strap.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
