Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation from our facility in Geneva, Switzerland. Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

• Switzerland: 2–4 working days
• European Union: 3–7 working days
• Rest of world: 7–14 working days

Every order ships with tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order values and no handling fees.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 working days, contact us at hello@royalpopstraps.ch and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
