Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your strap. If it is not right for you, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights for defective goods under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. OR).

Return window

You may return any unused strap within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Returned straps must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We cannot accept straps that have been worn, fitted to a watch, or altered.

How to start a return

Email hello@royalpopstraps.ch with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs (where charged) are included in the refund for full-order returns.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover the cost in full.

Defective or incorrect items

If your strap arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, in accordance with Swiss law. This statutory warranty for defects applies for two years from delivery.
